Have Your Say Silverwoods Competition (Promotion) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Promoter
The Promoter is Lotus Projects Pty Ltd ABN 38 529 264 196 of IBM Centre Level 10, 60 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006 (Promoter). The development is known as ‘Silverwoods’ at 1-7 Silverwoods Boulevard, Yarrawonga 3730 (Development).
Terms and Conditions of entry
By completing the registration steps on the https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5807250/Silverwoods-Survey-2020, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of entry.
Who can enter?
This promotion is governed by the laws of state of Victoria, and Australia. Applications are open to all those over the age of 18.
The following are not eligible participate;
• Employees of Jubilee and Lotus Oaks Developments, as well as their immediate families
Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win
How to enter?
Entrants must complete the below steps to complete your entry
• Complete the survey https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5807250/Silverwoods-Survey-2020 and enter your details for one entry to go into the draw.
• Entrants will have two more optional surveys to complete giving them multiple entries to the draw.
Promotional Period
Entries open Friday 28th August 2020 at 5pm (AEST) and close Sunday 4th October 2020 at 11.00pm (AEST). Any entries received after the close date will not be considered.
Promotion recipients receive
The following prizes is available:

One (1) recipient will receive the advertised first prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
Competition of Chance
This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners. The recipient will be picked by chance.
Contacting final recipients
The recipient will be notified by 12pm (AEST) on Wednesday 7th October 2020 via email or message to the email or mobile telephone number provided in the entry form. The email will invite the recipient to provide their delivery address to Tom Crozier to arrange the delivery of the prize. The successful recipients have until Monday 12th October 2020 to contact Lotus Projects to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize by Monday 12th October 2020 means the terms of the prize will lapse and new recipients will be selected.

This Personal Information Collection Statement relates to the collection of personal information in relation to the Promotion.
The Promotion is operated by Lotus Projects Pty Ltd ABN 38 529 264 196 (we, us or our). We collect and use personal information about you to engage with you in relation to the Promotion. We may also use your personal information for related purposes including to request your feedback on the products and services provided by us.
Wherever possible we will collect personal information directly from you including information that you directly supply when submitting your Promotion Application Form. Such information collected includes your name, phone number, email address, street address and points of identification as evidence of your eligibility to apply for the Promotion. If you do not provide all the personal information we request from you, you will not be able to apply for the Promotion.
We may disclose personal information about you to our related entities, third party agents and service providers to assist us in conducting, administering and publicising the Promotion and in the operation of our business to provide the products and services you request. Your personal information will not likely to be disclosed to overseas recipients who use the personal information to assist us in the operation our business.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an eligible entrant winning a prize in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize offered in the Promotion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations.

The prizes provided are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and/or to any other offer and/or product/service from Silverwoods. Silverwoods, Lotus Projects are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged prizes. Also, they are not responsible for delays in delivery that might arise due to the current COVID-19 situation.
