Leanne started at Silverwoods in early July. She and sales associate Jackie Smith have sold 24 blocks in that short space of time.

“Purchasers are from Melbourne – as holiday homes or intentions to move permanently – Deniliquin and Shepparton as well as from Yarrawonga and Mulwala,” Leanne said.

Her earliest beginnings in the real estate industry were in 1994, at a large real estate company, initially selling residential property then moving into a management and listing position, and becoming an area manager.

Leanne transitioned into selling land in 2001 for a building and design company.  With a real estate background, she was easily able to combine her selling skills with home design and soon became the lead sales and design representative for the company.

In 2003 Leanne started her own building design company specializing in sloping site custom house designs.

She assisted clients with the design of their homes, tailored to suit their lifestyle requirements and the site aspects and gradients.

“Born in South Australia and widely travelled, I recently moved from the South Gippsland region in Victoria, and seeking a new challenge and lifestyle change, made my home in the sun up here in 2021,” Leanne said.

A star tennis player in Adelaide during her teens, the single, 54-year-old residing in Wilby is destined to take up golf on the championship Black Bull Golf Course.

Leanne said a recently added new resource is now available to our clients: ‘Oliver Hume Home Loans’, a free service assisting people with their lending requirements.

“Currently we have land available in the ‘Silverwoods Estate’ starting from $218,000.  The next release will include golf course frontage and contemporary lots available to secure from early September.
