The Variety Home Auction successfully sold a beautiful four-bedroom Porter Davis home for $530,000 to a pair of happy first home buyers to help raise money for our charity partner, Variety, the Children’s Charity.

More than 75 residents, partners and prospective buyers braved the wet weather on Saturday to turn out for an exciting morning of festivities which included a delicious BBQ by the Wyndham Vale CFA, hot coffees and jam donuts as well as a face painting and magic show!

The Variety Bash will be kicking off on Tuesday, 20^th August to bolster our fundraising efforts and raise further awareness of the fantastic work Variety do with sick and disadvantaged children and their families.

The Land Monkeys (Lotus Living, Ivy Street, Porter Davis, SPM, Resi Ventures and Oliver Hume) are delighted to again return to the annual Variety Bash, aiming to raise enough funds, alongside profits from their auction result yesterday, to top the $126,000 they donated to the charity last year.
